The complex is in the heart of Białka Tatrzańska, only 500 meters away from the Kotelnica Białka Tatrzańska ski lift. The view from the apartment overlooks Białka Tatrzańska, the ski slopes of Kotelnica Białczańska and the Tatra Mountains. A spacious terrace is an additional asset of this beautiful apartment. An exclusive apartment with modern and regional accents consists of a living room with a kitchen and bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace with a view of the mountains and the surrounding area. Rezydencja Boutique is a perfect base for cycling enthusiasts, especially for those who want to explore the charming routes along the Dunajec River and around Lake Czorsztyn, known as Velo Dunajec and Velo Czorsztyn.

Living room: table, chairs, exit to a spacious terrace with a view of the mountains and Białka Tatrzańska.

Kitchenette: modern kitchen with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, sink and ventilation hood. It is equipped with a kettle, pots and pans, tableware and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Bedroom: connected to the living room, double bed, double sofa bed, spacious wardrobe, 50’ TV.

Bathroom: shower cabin with sauna, toilet, washbasin, mirror, bathroom heater, hairdryer, towels.

Terrace: furniture set.
